The evening includes round-trip snowmobile transportation, a set menu with revisited local dishes and regional products. You’ll have the chance to enjoy a new experience by riding our snowmobiles, operated by trained and competent staff, in complete safety. Take in the night-time views of the Sestriere ski slopes like never before. The price of the evening includes transportation and dinner (starter, main course, dessert, and coffee), excluding drinks.

New Year's Eve Dinner
The evening will start with snowmobile transportation from Borgata, reaching our chalet in about 5 minutes. You will be welcomed with a warm reception and a glass of prosecco to kick off the evening in style. The meal will continue with appetizers, a first course, and a second course, all specially selected by our chef for this unique evening. Each dish will be accompanied by a selection of wines to enhance the flavors and provide a unique sensory experience. To end the dinner, there will be a dessert to sweeten the end of the year. We will wait for midnight together to make a toast and wish each other a Happy New Year. As per tradition at Raggio di Sole, at the stroke of midnight, our waiters will bring lentils for good luck into the dining room. After a bit of celebration, around 1:30 AM, we will take you back to Borgata by moonlit snowmobile ride.
